Vine weevils are very difficult to get rid of, but not impossible. You can try two natural methods of vine weevil control.

The first is to create natural habitats for creatures that will eat the vine weevil. Frogs, toads and hedgehogs will all eat this garden pest, so introduce a wet area if you can, or leave some logs around the garden for their homes.

Secondly, the most useful organic control for vine weevils is to use a biological control based on nematodes. The nematodes release a specific bacteria that enters the bodies of the vine weevils and kills them. There are a number of good products on the market for this, such as Defenders, or Green Gardener. Both products are available for purchase in the UK.
