Meat Table Needed for Canning from 1930 Ball Book

I have lost my meat table out of the 1930 ball book. Would you please help me out? I need a time table for oven canning meat. I would really like it to be from an 1930-1938 ball book. Thank you for your help.

Hi

I have an idea you are looking for this publication;
"The Ball Blue Book of Canning and Preserving Recipes".

I don't have a copy, but perhaps one of our other readers does and will be able to help you out.

In the meantime, I will see what I can find on the Internet for you. I did see several copies were being sold, one on eBay, but can't remember if it was the 1930's edition.

Hopefully you will have your meat table for your home canning soon.
