How do I find roommates to live and help create a sustainable farm?

I'm a 59 yr young female looking for a couple of roommates that would be interested in helping create a sustainable farm. Where is a good place to post an ad or what are some other good ways to find someone? What are some key things that I should put in an ad to help spark some interest? I live in Thoedosia, Mo which is a small lake community in the rural Ozarks in MO very close to the Arkansas line.

I have been searching for a website to advertise on, but haven't found anything that seems to cater to this. I know that there are a lot of people out there that want to get away for the busy life and live on the farm, but maybe don't have the experience to start out on their own. I need to know where to look.

Can you help me?

Farming Communes
