I was in the supermarket this morning and it hit me, as I was walking down the aisles, that so many isles contained stuff that was being sold off as food but was really so artificial in its make-up that it really can't be classed as food at all, and that there were few natural ingredients in them, if at all!
Think fresh, buy organic, and make your meals from scratch. Read the labels carefully on cans, bottles and boxes, stay away from preservatives and chemicals, especially the E numbers and reduce your fat and salt content for healthy eating.
