Can you Grow Rhubarb from Stalks?

Do the stalks in water develop roots so they can be planted? If so, do you use any rooting hormones on them to encourage the development?

No, Hank, you cannot grow rhubarb by placing the stalks in water. You can only grow rhubarb by seed, by dividing the roots, or with tissue cultivation.
