Basic cookie recipes
225g softened butter
110g sugar
275g self raising flour
Cooking instructions
1. Preheat oven 180 degrees C
2. Cream butter in large mixing bowl, then add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
3. Sift the flour and bring ingredients together. Mix and form a dough
4. Using hands to roll in to a small ball shape, place on baking tray, flatten a little and place in oven for 13-15 min.
Makes about 12-15 depending on how big you want them to be!!!! xx
