A bad start with an orphan lamb

Our orphan lamb chops is 5 days old. She was found in a field with her placenta. Unfortunately the lady who found her fed her commercial pasturised milk.

We adopted her as she was getting weak and the lady gave up and wanted to feed her to the dogs. We started her on nursery substitute but now found that the vet sold us the milk for cows!

She has a great appetite but has no strength in her hind legs. Tomorrow I am going to try to find her lambs substitute but it is Sunday and I doubt I will succeed :(
Please advise us.
