I know that in a year's time, my income will double, and the year after that it will triple, that is how it works with websites; the older the website, the more trust the search engines invest in you, and the more traffic comes your way, especially if you continue to update your site on a regular basis.

For me this is my little nest egg for a rainy day or a special occasion. It is my emergency fund when you never know when you might need it. It is my forced saving. If I had had this money in my bank, it would have been gone by now. Instead it is with Google Adsense, safe and sound. Just waiting for me to give the directive.

I love what I do, building websites is both creative and challenging, and I also love the fact that what I have is something that doesn't happen to all website owners - a successful site that gets traffic and makes money.
