We need someone to help with the chores, help repair fences, etc. We have a beautiful farm, modern house, rivers to use the Kayak. We live near the mountains and have a summer home there with a motor boat on a large lake. You will have free room and board and lots of time to travel with us or go off on your own. We are looking for a young person who does not smoke, use drugs and is honest and willing to work. The farm lies between St. Peters and Big Pond, not far from Loch Lomond, but is not far from amenities. Farmers have 2 horses and a hay field and nothing but logging roads to go ride on. There are also 2 dogs and 6 cats.Work required is to mend fences, reclaim the hay fields and cut out some dead wood in the forested areas. Accommodation offered is a bunkhouse set up in the barn that can sleep up to 6 comfortably, but would be absolute heaven for a couple or two young men. It has a fridge, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee machine, TV, CD player, VCR and high-speed Internet. There is an outdoor shower for use during the summer, or in the winter the main house shower can be used. Non-smokers would be preferred, but not essential. A good sense of humour would be a great asset!
